Dear Friends,
Here is a brief summary of the relevant points of the writ presented to the Tribunal of Rome against the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organisation.
The complaint was issued at the Court of Rome by scientists and exponents of civil and political society against the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, against representatives of the Scientific Technical Committee and the Istituto Superiore della Sanità who have been responsible for a series of profoundly serious crimes by managing the COVID-19 emergency in a highly irresponsible and often criminal way.
This legal act will be viewed by scientists, and by members of parliaments of European and non-European countries, as part of a fight against health governance that has distinguisheditself in so many countries of the world with an alarmist and fraudulent narrative on COVID-19.
The complaint harshly attacks health care governance that has:
1.Distorted care by driving masses of people to death.
2.Transformed previous diseases in COVID-19 thanks to the constraint of respiratory symptoms, and then falsified statistics by transforming bacterial pneumonias into viral ones and inserting them with devastating results in the treatment and in the COVID-19 case history.
3.Eliminated the temporary nature of the health emergency, leading entire populations to experience an eclipse of freedom.
4.Finally, it has addressed the problem of SWABs and their “hypersensitivity”, which has multiplied the positives by dividing Italy into colours that change at the behest of health bureaucrats and not for scientific reasons.
