Kari Lake’s Lawsuit Against Election Fraud Will Not Succeed

Kari Lake ran as the Republican Party contender in the Arizona gubernatorial election in 2022. Like the U.S. Presidential Election in 2020, the Arizona gubernatorial election was also fraudulent and was stolen away from the rightful winner, Kari Lake. Instead, the media and Arizona election officials declared Lake’s opponent, Democrat Katie Hobbs, the acting Secretary of State for Arizona, the victor and the next governor of Arizona to replace term-limited lame duck Doug Ducey, a Republican.

Lake challenged the election results and even brought forth a lawsuit, but the judge and court have just ruled against Lake. The judge explained that Lake didn’t prove malicious intent by election officials and ballot counters to compliment the voting irregularities that her legal team presented. First of all, malicious intent is nearly impossible to prove without tapping or subpoenaing phone call records, aside from doing it sneakily like Project Veritas does. Furthermore, past election irregularity cases have also been ruled in the plaintiff’s favor without proving malicious intent. So why is the judge defying precedent by insisting on proof of malicious intent in Lake’s case?

This is most likely because the judge, like nearly all major judges in the United States court system, is either Deep State or getting somehow harassed by the Deep State, perhaps via blackmail, to rule against Lake by contriving this fairly unprecedented requirement to prove malicious intent. Lake brought forth witness testimonies to prove malicious intent in court, but the judge ruled those testimonies as insufficient proof.

It is critical to recognize that during the Republican Party primary race, the Republican Party leadership and election officials in the primary election worked very hard to deny Kari Lake’s rightful victory at that stage. Thankfully it didn’t work, but there were irregularities, last minute counts, and delayed victory announcements during the primaries, so clearly the powerful forces behind the Republican Party leadership and election officials didn’t want Lake to win, and definitely strongly preferred her opponents during the primary.

As such, those same forces also preferred Hobbs over Lake, and so they pulled off the fraud to deny Lake her rightful victory. As more logic that comes close to evidence though not fully, Kari Lake’s rallies were massive, much bigger, louder, and more energetic than Hobbs’. Similar to how Donald Trump’s rallies dwarfed all of Joe Biden’s, it makes no sense at all that Hobbs received more votes than Lake just like it makes no sense at all that Biden got more votes than Trump, at least in the key swing states that took days to declare election results. Similarly, it took several days after election day for the victor of the Arizona gubernatorial race to be announced, which also makes no sense at all: why, with all the modern technology of the 21st century, can’t a full and accurate ballot count be completed on election day itself? Lastly, contrasting the Twitter accounts of Lake & Hobbs, Lake has over 800,000 followers, while Hobbs doesn’t even have 200,000 followers. Despite dwarfing her opponent’s Twitter following, Lake still lost, which also defies logic and reason, and has never been explained.

Next, what’s the main motive for the Deep State and its co-conspirators to defraud Lake and the people of Arizona? Well, like Ron DeSantis has done as the Florida governor, Lake sincerely wants to go after rooting out election fraud and irregularities in Arizona. Given the multiple fraudulent elections that the Deep State has pulled off in that state, they cannot allow Lake to rise to power, as it would threaten exposure of their criminal activity, which could lead to justice, which the Deep State cannot and will not allow under any circumstance. So just like they did in stealing Arizona from Donald Trump in 2020, the Deep State had to do the same for Kari Lake in 2022, and they did.

Lake is now appealing the ruling. That gets into the conclusion and forecast of this post. Unfortunately, Lake’s appeal, along with any subsequent further appeals or legal efforts to overturn the election fraud in Arizona’s 2022 gubernatorial race, will NOT succeed. This will not be because of Kari Lake’s fault, but simply because the court system, election administration, along with of course the U.S. Presidency and Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., are all irredeemably and severely corrupt. Furthermore, now that they’ve executed these massive election frauds, they cannot risk anyone outside of their control to ever win, such as Trump and Lake.

Let us all hope and pray that this post’s forecast is dead wrong, however unlikely.
