As of the time of this writing, a bill is being considered in the current Texas State Legislative Session, specifically in the Texas State Senate, to ban entities whose citizenship belong to the countries of China, Russia, North Korea, or Iran from purchasing and owning land in the state of Texas. The bill is called TX Senate Bill 147, introduced and sponsored by Texas Senator Lois Kolkhorst. In January of 2023, Texas Governor Greg Abbott tweeted that he’ll sign the bill if it gets enough votes in the legislature.
The act would take effect in September 1, 2023, and would only affect the purchase of Texas real estate by entities from those four countries(China, Russia, Iran and North Korea) after it gets a signature by Governor Abbott, and hopefully it does.
The rest of this post will discuss why this is is a good bill and deserves everybody’s support, and the forecast regarding whether it will pass, in addition to other critical ramifications.
First of all, as The Liberty Forecast Blog has warned, Russia, China, and North Korea, which is effectively a puppet state of China, are all nuclear superpowers with an agenda to use their nuclear arsenal to destroy Western civilization and establish their own versions of a tyrannical New World Order.
Regarding Russia, it deceived the world and faked the end of their communist ways and doctrine, as explained here. This is indication that Russia’s ambitions for world domination that the United States government warned its citizens, along with the rest of the world, are very much intact. The current invasion of Ukraine is an early phase of Russia’s world domination agenda, along with its desire to re-establish the Soviet Union, which never truly collapsed.
Regarding China, former General Chi Haotian explained, in a speech he gave that was never meant to ever go public, China’s desire for world domination. Haotian even goes on to say that China will not fail in its quest for world domination the way Nazi Germany did, stating that Nazi Germany was weak and soft, which China will not be; he even states that China will be ruthless in its execution of world domination, which involves the destruction of Western Civilization. Furthermore, it recently came out that China’s nuclear stockpile is much higher than the approximately 300 nuclear warheads that the U.S. Pentagon has for decades insisted is the accurate count of Chinese nuclear warheads; the report by Defense News “found that China’s warhead stockpile has surpassed 400 and projected that “it will likely field a stockpile of about 1,500 warheads by its 2035 timeline“, further showcasing its nature as an existential threat to Western civilization, and by extension, all of civilization. This is especially corroborated by the control and ownership by the Chinese military of Texas land already acquired by Chinese entities, as the article from NPR above describes. Allowing China, Russia, or North Korea to buy up any land, whether in Texas or quite frankly any other state, to then move in soldiers and other military assets promotes neither U.S. security or liberty; in fact it hurts both.
North Korea is a puppet state of China that generally follows China’s directives. In fact, North Korea is being preserved by the Western Globalists as the false-flag trigger event for World War 3. If Kim Jong Un, the current dictator(or whomever maybe the dictator at the time) ever defies China’s directives by crossing the DMZ and attacking South Korea, the United States will be forced to retaliate because it has 47,000 soldier stationed in South Korea. After a retaliation by the U.S., China will be forced to defend its neighbor and puppet North Korea by retaliating against the U.S. At the point, the conflict between China and the U.S. would become nuclear, igniting World War 3 and effectively ending modern civilization as humanity knows it.
Regarding Iran, while it is true that Iran, as an Islamic nation, severely violates the liberties and fundamental rights of its citizens, especially women, who are forced to cover their heads, very much like how nearly all governments across the world forces their citizens to wear face masks to cover their mouths and noses, Iran is not a true existential threat to Western civilization. Furthermore, hardly any Iranian entity buys up Texas or any U.S. real estate, especially not to the degree to which Russian and Chinese entities have done. Additionally, Iran is not a nuclear superpower, unlike Russia, China, and North Korea.
Now that the case has been made for why this bill should be supported and passed, let’s now forecast whether it will.
Clearly many conservative lawmakers in the Texas State Legislature, like Senator Kolkhorst representative Steve Toth of Texas State District 15, support this bill, as does Governor Abbott. While hard to say with absolute certainty, it would stand to reason that the Republican party, which dominates the state legislature and is also Abbott’s party, would support Senate Bill 147 too. Furthermore, the leftist crowds and mobs, such as the ANTIFA rioters, don’t seem to care about this issue, let alone have a deep awareness of it or its critical ramifications, unlike issues such as legalizing abortion and forced transgender tolerance. This is of course assuming that none of their handlers like George Soros decide to suddenly activate them if the bill gets passed; this doesn’t seem too likely as of the time of this writing considering the lack of coverage or outrage by the mainstream or corporate U.S. media.
As such, the forecast of this post is that Senate Bill 147 will pass, and that Governor Abbott will sign it into law. What remains to be seen is whether Abbott, as the state’s top executive, will have the courage and success in enforcing the bill, especially overcoming inevitable resistance by the federal government. This gets into the second and final forecast of this post.
The U.S. federal government will almost certainly dishonor and override this law, whether by legal or illegal means, and any attempt by the Texas State Government to overcome federal intervention will unfortunately not be successful. Remember, the U.S. federal government pulled off a gargantuan and blatant election fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election. If the federal government dishonors U.S. electoral customs and laws, then they certainly can be expected to do the same with other laws, such as Senate Bill 147, if it hopefully does pass. Most likely, the corrupt Department of Justice, controlled by the Deep State, will resist this law, and perhaps try to get it to the Supreme Court, which the Deep State will threaten, through tactics like blackmail and other kinds of duress, to rule the bill unconstitutional. Especially considering how wrong and convoluted Supreme Court rulings have been in the past, such as the ruling on Obamacare(The PPACA), the Supreme Court can be expected to deliver a similar illegitimate ruling striking down and judging Senate Bill 147 as unconstitutional, especially from powerful threats and intimidation by the Deep State, although the bill doesn’t violate any written provisions of the U.S. Constitution.
The Deep State wants to allow existential enemies to buy up our land as part of their chess-like gambit to provoke a pre-emptive nuclear false-flag strike on U.S. soil, which the Deep State needs in order to achieve its ultimate goal, a totalitarian and tyrannical world government, a.k.a. the Anglo-American dominated New World Order.
Let us pray that the this bill does pass the Texas State legislature and that the state can successfully overcome any and all push back from the federal government. Furthermore, let us also pray that all other states follow suit in banning existential enemies from owning any U.S. land, although it’s sadly very unlikely that other states will.
