After World War II, China was in an internal struggle. The communists, led by Mao Zedong, were fighting for power and control of China against their main opposition, the nationalist party known as the Kuomintang (KMT), led by Chiang Kai-Shek. In 1949, the Chinese Revolution took place in October that year, whereby Mao Zedong, China’s first declared communist dictator, rose to power. Since then, China has been ruled by communist dictators, with Xi Jinping acting as the current one.
It is critical for all to understand that the United States, leading all other Western nations, enabled the victory of Mao, and purposefully so. On the one hand, the United States, under the leadership of then President Harry Truman’s Secretary of State George C. Marshall, refused to provide and aid, either monetary or military weapons, to Chiang Kai-Shek. Marshall had insisted Chiang form a coalition government with Mao, but Chiang rightly refused, knowing that such coalition’s eventually deteriorate into a uni-party totally ruled by the communists, even if the coalition starts out innocuous, which it wasn’t likely to do. Because of that, Chiang was at a major disadvantage because the Soviet Union, a communist ally of Mao’s, had provided significant aid and weapons to Mao, whereas Chiang got no help.
Interestingly, China is now providing aid and weapons to Russia in the latter’s war with Ukraine; this is yet more proof that Russia truly hasn’t shed itself of it’s allegiance to communism, as Russia, an allegedly no longer communist nation, would not be allying itself with another communist nation, especially a major military dictatorship one like China which murders of dissident citizens every year.
The United States and the West distort the history of the conflict by stating that Chiang was so unpopular that his soldiers even started deserting him. This statement is a distortion because while it is true, it disingenuously omits critical contextual details. While Chiang’s soldiers did desert him, it wasn’t for the reasons claimed by the West; his opposition, Mao, was getting supplied by the Soviet Union, whereas Chiang was running out of money and ammunition. Almost every soldier in that scenario would choose survival, mean join Mao as he is receiving massive aid even if from the communist dictators in the Soviet Union, over patriotism, fighting for what’s right, meaning to thwart permanent communist rule in China.
The question then becomes, why would the United States and the rest of the West, who claimed to be dedicated to opposing and eradicating communism, disable Chiang and thereby enable Mao? It doesn’t make sense on the surface. But when you think deeper about the bigger and long-term agenda, World War 3, the motive becomes clear. As explained here, the West desires and needs a war with both China & Russia in order to fully convince Western citizens to surrender their national sovereignty and consequently join a global One World Government, the New World Order, to defeat the enemies, China & Russia. World War 3 is the only means by which the New World Order can be achieved.
Because of this, the West needed to build up the major nuclear enemies, Russia & China. Then, once Russia and China are sufficiently built up and ready to launch a preemptive nuclear strike on the West, similar to the Pearl Harbor attack that pushed the United States to enter World War II, World War 3 will start, and the New World Order can then be fully established. This is why the West, contrary to it’s anti-communist doctrine, needed Mao to win, so that over the decades China could build up to become a potent nuclear power, which it has.
As such, China is building and growing it’s nuclear arsenal to eventually be fully ready to strike the West; China’s military claims it will reach first-class military status by 2027, which is therefore likely the very earliest that China will be ready to launch a nuclear strike on the West.
The other big question arises, how can we be sure and/or how can it be proven that China has a desire to one day attack and destroy the West? The evidence is in the leaked speech by former top ranking Chinese general Chi Haotian; this speech was never meant to be released to the public..here it is. Joel Skousen’s commentary and insights about Haotian’s speech are a must read; he impeccably explains how Haotian’s speech is excellent evidence of China’s bellicose agenda towards the West. It’s lengthy, but also a must-read, here it is below in italics:
THE WORLD’S SECOND GREATEST THREAT
As readers of this Brief should already know by now, the world’s greatest threat is the globalist Deep State conspiracy which has (and is strengthening) a stranglehold on our liberties which it pretends is only necessary to save us from all crises, including this exaggerated virus. This week I will present to you powerful evidence of the second greatest threat. I am going to take you on a dark journey through the mind of one of China’s top military thinkers as he outlines to a high level delegation of Chinese Communist leaders in the late 1990s the entire future blueprint of China’s plans to destroy America and take over the entire world. Throughout the years in writing the Brief I have foretold almost everything this Chinese general brags about, but without hard evidence until now. General Chi Haotian was the Chinese Minister of National Defense from 1993-2003 as well as the vice chairman of the Chinese Communist Party’s Central Military Commission. This speech was smuggled out of China by an anti-communist and translated into English in 2005 by the Epoch Times for all the world to read. Our intelligence people have long ago read and analyzed it, but neither they nor the controlled media have ever seen fit to alert the American public to this grave threat—because the Deep State wants this next World War to happen in order to drive Americans into the arms of a militarized global government “To save us.” This is one of the most important briefings I have ever published.
The content of this speech should shock you to the very core. It is candid, sophisticated, hard core and blunt. China follows Sun Tzu’s “Art of War” philosophies in feigning weakness, and concealing all their actions and intentions. They would never admit that this speech exists. If it ever got out into general circulation, it would be China’s worst nightmare, destroying decades of propaganda. If ever confronted with its contents, they would take a page out of the Deep State’s disinformation handbook and proclaim it to a forgery—that is how you get the truth discredited. When they tell us someone forged a letter or speech, it follows by implication that the content must be false as well. But it is not necessarily so. It wouldn’t surprise me if our Deep State intel agencies came to China’s rescue and tried to back up China’s claim that it must be a forgery. The fact that this speech has been out since 2005 and no one has picked it up in the media means that both the Chinese and the Deep State want it buried.
I am grateful to Jeff Nyquist for bringing it to our attention. Although a conspiracy denier about our own government’s nefarious globalist agenda, he is fully aware that Russia and China are still our biggest external threats as reflected in his writings. Jeff passed along an excerpt of this speech a while ago in his blog about how the Chinese were intending to use biological weapons to cleanse America, which I mentioned in a recent brief. But now that I have seen the whole speech, I realized it is a goldmine of proof about everything I have ever said about Red China.
In short, the speech outline how China has used the appearance of economic freedom to fool the US into opening up trade with her, and how the Chinese are funneling those trade profits into building a massive military weapons program, intent on conquering America, killing its people, and eventually ruling the entire world. Most shocking of all is a full blown admission that they intend to be much more brutal and ruthless than the Nazis or the Japanese ever conceived of. Here are the most important excerpts of this speech, with my comments and organization titles to help understand the implications of the General’s words.
He starts out talking about a survey they conducted (in private) among the Chinese educated class, trying to find out how willing these people would be to go along with a brutal war against America, including whether or not they would be willing to shoot innocent women and children. (Some US academics did a similar survey among US Marines over a decade ago seeking to see how well they would be willing to follow ruthless orders, as well.)
The Survey: You probably understand why we wanted to know, whether the people would rise against us if one day we secretly adopt resolute means to “clean up” America. Why didn’t we conduct the survey through administrative means instead of through the web? We did what we did for a good reason.
First of all, we did it to reduce artificial inference and to make sure that we got the true thoughts of the people. In addition, it is more confidential and won’t reveal the true purpose of our survey. But what is most important is the fact that most of the people who are able to respond to the questions online are from social groups that are relatively well-educated and intelligent. They are the hard-core and leading groups that play a decisive role among our people.
Of course, a few people under western influence have objected to shooting at prisoners of war and women and children. Is everybody crazy? Some others said, “The Chinese love to label themselves as a peace-loving people, but actually they are the most ruthless people. The comments are resonant of killing and murdering, sending chills to my heart.” [This last statement from a Chinese intellectual, is very true.]
The central issue of this survey appears to be whether one should shoot at women, children and prisoners of war, but its real significance goes far beyond that. Ostensibly, our intention is mainly to figure out what the Chinese people’s attitude toward war is: If these future soldiers do not hesitate to kill even non-combatants, they’ll naturally be doubly ready and ruthless in killing combatants. Therefore, the responses to the survey questions may reflect the general attitude people have towards war.
Actually, however, this is not our genuine intention. The purpose of the CCP Central Committee in conducting this survey is to probe people’s minds. We wanted to know: If China’s global development will necessitate massive deaths in enemy countries, will our people endorse that scenario? Will they be for or against it?
Control of the whole world: Comrade Jintao, has also pointed out repeatedly and emphatically that “development is our top priority,” which should not be neglected for even a moment. But many comrades tend to understand “development” in its narrow sense, assuming it to be limited to domestic development. The fact is, our “development” refers to the great revitalization of the Chinese nation, which, of course, is not limited to the land we have now but also includes the whole world.
Racial Superiority: Therefore, we can assert that we are the product of cultural roots of more than a million years, and a single Chinese entity of two thousand years… This is the Chinese nation that calls itself, “descendants of Yan and Huang,” the Chinese nation that we are so proud of. Hitler’s Germany had once bragged that the German race was the most superior race on earth, but the fact is, our nation is far superior to the Germans.
Chinese Manifest Destiny: In reviewing history, one may ask: Will the center of the world civilization shift back to China? …Therefore, if we refer to the 19th century as the British century, and the 20th century as the American century, then the 21st century will be the Chinese century.
China Won’t Make Germany’s Mistakes: Germany was defeated in utter shame, along with its ally, Japan. Why? We reached some conclusions at the study meetings of the Politburo, in which we were searching for the laws that governed the vicissitudes of the big powers, and trying to analyze Germany and Japan’s rapid growth. When we decide to revitalize based on the German model, we must not repeat the mistakes they made.
Specifically, the following are the fundamental causes for their defeat: First, they had too many enemies all at once, as they did not adhere to the principle of eliminating enemies one at a time; [This bolsters my long-held analysis that they won’t go after Europe first, other than perhaps their nuclear weapons sites, but want to de-capitate the US military and then blackmail the rest of the West into submission.]
Second, they were too impetuous, lacking the patience and perseverance required for great accomplishments [The Chinese are masters of patience and deception–per Sun Tzu];
Third, when the time came for them to be ruthless, they turned out to be too soft, therefore leaving troubles that resurfaced later on… So, the fundamental reason for the defeats of Germany and Japan is that history did not arrange them to be the “lords of the earth,” for they are, after all, not the most superior race. [Talk about supreme arrogance!]
And yet, if we really are to make a comparison between Germany and China, then, as Comrade Jiang Zemin put it, Germany belongs to “pediatrics” – too trivial to be compared. How large is Germany’s population? How big is its territory? And how long is its history? We eliminated eight million nationalist troops in only three years. [Bragging about their ruthlessness.] How many enemies did Germany kill? They were in power for a transient period of little more than a dozen years before they perished, while we are still energetic after being around for more than eighty years. Our theory of the shifting center of civilization is of course more profound than Hitler’s theory of “the lords of the earth.” Our civilization is profound and broad, which has determined that we are so much wiser than they were.
Contempt for Representative Government: The reason that the United States remains today is that it has never seen war on its mainland. Once its enemies aim at the mainland, these enemies would reach Washington before its congress finishes debating and authorizes the president to declare war. But for us, we don’t waste time on these trivial things. Comrade Deng Xiaoping once said, “The Party’s leadership is prompt in making decisions. Once a decision is made, it is immediately implemented. There’s no wasting time on trivial things like in capitalist countries. [It is true that Americans cannot conceive of our nation being attacked, let alone invaded and occupied.]
Defiant toward God: Our Chinese people are wiser than the Germans because, fundamentally, our race is superior to theirs. As a result, we have a longer history, more people, and larger land area. On this basis our ancestors left us with the two most essential heritages, which are atheism and great unity… We are destined “not to be buried by either heaven or earth” no matter how severe the natural, man-made, and national disasters. This is our advantage.
This is true defiance of God, and adds to my contention that there is a Satanic conspiracy at root in the Chinese conspiracy of power against “God and Man” just like in our own globalist cabal. However, the claim of “great unity” refers to their Communist hierarchy—not the people, which their survey reveals are not eager to go to war with the world.
What makes us different from Germany is that we are complete atheists, while Germany was primarily a Catholic and Protestant country. Hitler was only half atheist. [Actually, he was totally atheist and in a conspiracy with the occult as well.] Although Hitler also believed that ordinary citizens had low intelligence, and that leaders should therefore make decisions, and although German people worshipped Hitler back then, Germany did not have the tradition of worshipping sages on a broad basis. Our Chinese society has always worshipped sages, and that is because we don’t worship any God. Once you worship a god, you can’t worship a person at the same time, unless you recognize the person as the god’s representative like they do in Middle Eastern countries.
China’s Three Primary Goals: The three lessons are: Firmly grasp the country’s living space; firmly grasp the Party’s control over the nation; and firmly grasp the general direction toward becoming the “lord of the earth.”
All the naive American businessmen in China who have talked themselves into “China being forced to moderate because of their dependence on world trade,” need to read this.
1) living space: Our resources are in very short supply. The environment is severely polluted, especially that of soil, water, and air. Not only our ability to sustain and develop our race, but even its survival is gravely threatened, to a degree much greater than faced by Germany back then.
Evasion of the term Living Space: But the term ‘living space’ (lebensraum) is too closely related to Nazi Germany. The reason we don’t want to discuss this too openly is to avoid the West’s association of us with Nazi Germany, which could in turn reinforce the view that China is a threat. Therefore, in our emphasis on He Xin’s new theory, “Human rights are just living rights,” we only talk about “living,” but not “space,” so as to avoid using the term “living space.” To solve this problem, we must lead the Chinese people outside of China, so that they could develop outside of China [i.e. conquer other nations].
Eye on America: Anybody who has been to Western countries knows that their living space is much better than ours. They have forests alongside the highways, while we hardly have any trees by our streets. Their sky is often blue with white clouds, while our sky is covered by a layer of dark haze. Their tap water is clean enough for drinking, while even our ground water is so polluted that it can’t be drunk without filtering. They have few people in the streets, and two or three people can occupy a small residential building; in contrast, our streets are always crawling with people, and several people have to share one room.
It said that, due to our following the American style of consumption, our limited resources would not long support the population and society would collapse, once our population reaches 1.3 billion. Now our population has already exceeded this limit, and we are now relying on imports to sustain our nation.
2) The Supremacy of the Communist Leadership: The first is to promote the “Three Represents” theory, stressing that our Party is the pioneer of the Chinese race, in addition to being the pioneer of the proletariat. Many citizens say in private, “We never voted for you, the Communist Party, to represent us. How can you claim to be our representatives?” [Good question!]
There’s no need to worry about this issue. Comrade Mao Zedong said that if we could lead the Chinese people outside of China, resolving the lack of living space in China, the Chinese people will support us. At that time, we don’t have to worry about the labels of “totalitarianism” or “dictatorship.” Whether we can forever represent the Chinese people depends on whether we can succeed in leading the Chinese people out of China.
Personally, I don’t buy that the Chinese people think about more living space. The Chinese that have escaped to America don’t want hoards of poor Chinese overrunning the place any more than they liked it in China. This is an excuse or deception fed to the Communist leaders by their arch dark side leader, Satan—the same line he fed to Hitler.
Why the Communists allowed enough freedom to boost the economy: Everyone knows that without the leadership of our Party, China would not exist today. Therefore, our highest principle is to forever protect our Party’s leadership position. Before June 4, we realized vaguely that as long as China’s economy is developed, people would support and love the Communist Party. Therefore we had to use several decades of peacetime to develop China’s economy…. [but] if we only develop the economy, we still face the possibility of losing control. [The stark realization that even partial economic freedom, leads to a longing for political freedom, as in Hong Kong.]
The Chinese Reds almost lost power during Tiananmen Square uprising: The June 4 [1989] riot almost succeeded in bringing a peaceful transition; if it were not for the fact that a large number of veteran comrades were still alive and at a crucial moment they removed Zhao Ziyang and his followers, then we all would have been put in prison. After death we would have been too ashamed to report to Marx.
It was more than a riot—it was a full-scale uprising, which the globalist world refused to support. But what is more interesting is his phrase, “after death we would have been too ashamed to report to Marx.” This deserves some further analysis.
I don’t believe for a minute that this is a reference to the Buddhist belief in the cycle of death and rebirth (as ghosts, animals or rarely as a human) called samsara—which is based upon the notion of good works leading to a final “nirvana” where the samsara cycle stops. The Communists despise all religion and never attempt to integrate such notions into their core beliefs.
But here we have a General addressing the possibility of having to report back to Marx on their failure to conquer the world and crush freedom. I believe this reference is yet more evidence that the Chinese conspiracy is a Satanic conspiracy, where (as in the Faustian Bargain) Satan promises fame, wealth, power and even immunity from illegal and immoral acts on earth.
It is actually my further contention based upon a reference in chapter 14 of Isaiah that Satan also promises the highest echelons of his leaders on earth, immunity from the “chains of hell” if they help him overthrow God’s purposes on earth. Of course, Satan can’t deliver on this, but the promise has to be enticing, even to atheists just in case there is life after death.
So after this life, they get sent to hell like all truly evil men that have made pacts with the Devil. And there they wait for Satan to finally win and come down to rescue them. That is what I believe Isaiah saw in vision, as described in the 14th chapter, speaking of Satan descending into hell:
Isaiah 14:9 “Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming; it stirreth up the dead for thee even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.” [Implying that many if not all of the people who rise to the highest levels of power, and who are evil, have made pacts with Satan.]
14:10, “They shall all speak and say unto thee, [shocked, as they see him descend in chains] ‘Art thou also become weak as we? Art thou become like unto us?’
14:11,12 “Thy pomp is brought down to the grave.. How art thou fallen O Lucifer, son of the morning! How art thou cut down to the ground, which did weaken the nations.
14:16,17 “…saying, ‘Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms; that made the world as a wilderness and destroyed the cities thereof; THAT OPENED NOT THE HOUSE OF HIS PRISONERS?”
That last phrase to me directly implies the promise of immunity from the chains of hell, which he fails to achieve. What a dramatic scene Isaiah saw and it should serve as a witness to all that these evil conspirators will see justice someday.
Plan to Gain Allegiance of the People: After the June 4 riot was suppressed, we have been thinking about how to prevent China from peaceful evolution and how to maintain the Communist Party’s leadership. We thought it over and over but did not come up with any good ideas. If we do not have good ideas, China will inevitably change peacefully, and we will all become criminals in history [they know they are evil]. After some deep pondering, we finally come to this conclusion: Only by turning our developed national strength into the force of a fist striking outward – only by leading people to go out – can we win forever the Chinese people’s support and love for the Communist Party. [Another deception. Even though many Germans were initially pleased with Hitler uniting the German people, most quickly began to realize the invasions were aggressive and wrong—well before the end.]
Therefore, the June 4 riot made us realize that we must combine economic development with preparation for war and leading the people to go out! Publicly we still emphasize economic development as our center, but in reality, economic development has war as its center!
Take heed all you American capitalists who have blindly rushed to China to build cheap products for more profit—you are guilty of helping build the Chinese war machine.
WWIII: Therefore, we will not hesitate to fight a Third World War, so as to lead the people to go out and to ensure the Party’s leadership position. In any event, we, the CCP, will never step down from the stage of history! We’d rather have the whole world, or even the entire globe, share life and death with us than step down from the stage of history!
Step by Step Plan: History led us on this path. First, China’s long history has resulted in the world’s largest population, including Chinese in China as well as overseas.
Second, once we open our doors, the profit-seeking western capitalists will invest capital and technology in China to assist our development, so that they can occupy the biggest market in the world.
Third, our numerous overseas Chinese help us create the most favorable environment for the introduction of foreign capital, foreign technology, and advanced experience into China. [All those Chinese students in America.] Thus, it is guaranteed that our reform and open-door policy will achieve tremendous success.
Fourth, China’s great economic expansion will inevitably lead to the shrinkage of per-capita living space for the Chinese people, and this will encourage China to turn outward in search for new living space. [In other words, they want their people cramped up and dissatisfied to help motivate them into supporting China’s attack on the West.]
Fifth, China’s great economic expansion will inevitably come with significant development in our military forces, creating conditions for our expansion overseas. Ever since Napoleon’s time, the West has been alert for the possible awakening of the sleeping lion that is China. Now, the sleeping lion is standing up and advancing into the world, and has become unstoppable! [Sadly, true.]
America is the Target: What is the third issue we should clinch firmly…. It is to hold firmly onto the big “issue of America.” This appears to be shocking, but the logic is actually very simple… The renaissance of China is in fundamental conflict with the Western strategic interest, and therefore will inevitably be obstructed by the western countries doing everything they can. So, Only by breaking the blockade formed by the western countries headed by the United States can China grow and move toward the world!
Would the United States allow us to go out to gain new living space? First, if the United States is firm in blocking us, it is hard for us to do anything significant to Taiwan, Vietnam, India, or even Japan, [so] how much more living space can we get? Very trivial! Only countries like the United States, Canada and Australia have the vast land to serve our need for mass colonization.
This gives evidence to my warning to Australians over the years (including in Strategic Relocation) that Australia will be occupied by the Chinese someday. They will also take New Zealand and all the Pacific Islands from Japan down into Malaysia.
Therefore, solving the “issue of America” is the key to solving all other issues… It is historical destiny that China and the United States will come to unavoidable confrontation on a narrow path and fight each other! The United States, unlike Russia and Japan, has never occupied and hurt China, and also assisted China in its battle against the Japanese. But, it will certainly be an obstruction, and the biggest obstruction! In the long run, the relationship of China and the United States is one of a life-and-death struggle. [No gratitude for the US helping China free itself from Japanese occupation.]
Of course, right now it is not the time to openly break up with them yet. Our reform and opening to the outside world still rely on their capital and technology, we still need America.
How have we managed our foreign affairs in these years? Even if we had to put on a smiling face in order to please them, even if we have to give them the right cheek after they had hit our left cheek, we still must endure in order to further our relationship with the United States. [Trump has been fooled by the smiles of both Xi Jinping and Kim Jong-un.]
Deception is Supreme: We also must never forget what Comrade Xiaoping emphasized: “Refrain from revealing ambitions and put others off the track.” The hidden message is: we must put up with America; we must conceal our ultimate goals, hide our capabilities, and await the opportunity.
Special Means to Cleanse America: Only by using special means to “clean up” America will we be able to lead the Chinese people there. This is the only choice left for us. This is not a matter of whether we are willing to do it or not. What kind of special means is there available for us to “clean up America”?
Biological Weapons: Conventional weapons such as fighters, cannons, missiles and battleships won’t do; neither will highly destructive weapons such as nuclear weapons. We are not as foolish as to want to perish together with America by using nuclear weapons, despite the fact that we have been exclaiming that we will have the Taiwan issue resolved at whatever cost.
This thinking has been revised since this speech, so the above is not accurate anymore as I will explain shortly.
Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many people will we be able to reserve America for ourselves. There has been rapid development of modern biological technology, and new bio-weapons have been invented one after another. Of course, we have not been idle, in the past years we have seized the opportunity to master weapons of this kind. We are capable of achieving our purpose of “cleaning up” America all of a sudden. When Comrade Xiaoping was still with us, the Party Central Committee had the perspicacity to make the right decision not to develop aircraft carrier groups and focus instead on developing lethal weapons that can eliminate mass populations of the enemy country.
China is now building multiple carrier task forces, so that decision has been changed too.
From a humanitarian perspective, we should issue a warning to the American people and persuade them to leave America and leave the land they have lived in to the Chinese people. Or at least they should leave half of the United States to be China’s colony, because America was first discovered by the Chinese. [This is based on the false anthropological notion that American Indians were of oriental ancestors] But would this work? If this strategy does not work, then there is only one choice left to us. That is, use decisive means to “clean up” America and reserve America for our use in a moment. Our historical experience has proven that as long as we make it happen, nobody in the world can do anything about us. Furthermore, if the United States as the leader is gone, then other enemies have to surrender to us.
Again, this supports my projections about America being the target of a first strike, with the Chinese counting on blackmailing the rest of the Western alliance into capitulation.
Biological weapons are unprecedented in their ruthlessness… As for the several million Chinese living in the United States, this is of course a big issue [How to save the millions of Chinese already here]. Therefore, in recent years, we have been conducting research on genetic weapons, i.e., those weapons that do not kill yellow people. But producing a result with this kind of research is extremely difficult.
The Chinese have come to realize, especially after the Covid 19 virus escaped from their lab in Wuhan, that bio weapons that target everyone will eventually come back to bite China—hence the quest for a silver bullet that only kills Westerners, and not Asians.
Genetic Weapons: Of the research done on genetic weapons throughout the world, Israel is the most advanced. Their genetic weapons are designed to target Arabs and protect the Israelis. But even they have not reached the stage of actual deployment. We have cooperated with Israel on some research. [The US globalists have always allowed Israel to sell high tech weapons to China, and to cooperate in deadly ways such as this.] Perhaps we can introduce some of the technologies used to protect Israelis and remold these technologies to protect the yellow people. But their technologies are not mature yet, and it is difficult for us to surpass them in a few years. If it has to be five or ten years before some breakthrough can be achieved in genetic weapons, we cannot afford to wait any longer.
In fact, it is not going to be possible, and even though the Chinese are still trying, and will use bio weapons against the US, they have gone back to nuclear weapons to stop a US retaliation.
Therefore, we have to give up our expectations about genetic weapons. Of course, from another perspective, the majority of those Chinese living in the United States have become our burden, because they have been corrupted by the bourgeois liberal values for a long time and it would be difficult for them to accept our Party’s leadership. If they survived the war, we would have to launch campaigns in the future to deal with them, to reform them. [Beware, Chinese-Americans, you are expendable.]
We must prepare ourselves for two scenarios. If our biological weapons succeed in the surprise attack, the Chinese people will be able to keep their losses at a minimum in the fight against the United States. If, however, the attack fails and triggers a nuclear retaliation from the United States, China would perhaps suffer a catastrophe in which more than half of its population would perish.
This too is out of date. Why would the Chinese think that a retaliatory strike is inevitable when they, along with Russia, now have a massive number of warheads to do a pre-emptive nuclear strike on US military and nuclear targets which would preclude any retaliation? They aren’t that stupid. The Russians and Chinese fully intend to strike US military targets in a first strike.
Absolute Ruthlessness: Maybe we can put it this way: death is the engine that moves history forward… During wartime, we were used to seeing dead people. Blood and flesh were flying everywhere, corpses were lying in heaps on the fields, and blood ran like rivers. We saw it all. On the battlefields, everybody’s eyes turned red with killing because it was a life-and-death struggle and only the brave would survive.
It is indeed brutal to kill one or two hundred million Americans. But that is the only path that will secure a Chinese century in which the CCP leads the world. But if history confronts us with a choice between deaths of Chinese and those of Americans, we’d have to pick the latter, as, for us, it is more important to safeguard the lives of the Chinese people and the life of our Party. One way has been and will continue to be vaccines that poison bodies and weaken the immune system. This is the crisis we are in right now. Never take another vaccine!
Since the enemies are secretly planning to eliminate our population, we certainly cannot be infinitely merciful and compassionate to them.
Interesting how this evil conspiracy uses the evil of our own Western conspiracy to justify theirs. Little do they know Satan is running independent conspiracies among all three world predator centers, the Anglo-American globalists, Russia and China. He is undoubtedly promising each of them victory and control over the NWO order, but I think China intends to eliminate the Russian competition even if they can’t defeat the West in WWIII.
Another part of the speech indicates that the Chinese really think Russian Communism fell in the fall of the Soviet Union, indicating that even the Russians have not admitted to China (their presumed allies) that it was a carefully crafted deception. We can infer several things from this:
1) That the Chinese don’t respect the Russians (having supposedly allowed Communism to fall)
2) That China wants back territory lost to Russia prior to WWII (Mongolia)
3) That Russia doesn’t trust China enough to let them in on this very big secret, or sell them any of their latest weapons technology.
I have thus slightly altered my WWIII scenario to include the probability that China will launch a biological attack on the US concurrent with an EMP attack prior to the big pre-emptive strike on US military targets.
For new subscribers, this attack will be allowed to fall on the US because PDD-60 (instructing our missile forces to NOT launch on warning, but to absorb a nuclear first strike) is still in force. I don’t believe Trump has been briefed on it. Less than half of our nuclear missile subs are out patrolling at any one time, and their warheads are not big enough to penetrate hardened targets. Some are even being reduce to half size under the false doctrine of using “limited size nukes” to respond to a limited nuclear war. There will be no such thing.
I do not believe this current pandemic is the Chinese attempt to kill off Americans with a bio weapon for the following reasons:
1) It is not nearly deadly enough to normal people to qualify as a bio weapon. China isn’t going to direct a bio weapon at the US by releasing it first on their own people. It escaped from the Wuhan lab because of poor disposal protocols.
2) China’s military isn’t ready yet to follow up with a real war against the West, and probably won’t be fully confident and ready until the latter half of this decade.
3) China and Russia will still rely on a major provocation to justify a pre-emptive strike, and so far it still looks like North Korea will provide that provocation some time in the future when China is ready. Sadly, Trump has failed to stop NK’s nuclear and missile program.
